At Omnix, our approach to product development is to look at routine but difficult tasks and apply unconventional wheel and robotic technology to make them easy. We are combining this technology with a systems approach to launch our Omnix Mobility Division.
Our Mobility Division is developing several product types to not only greatly improve upon the transport people, but to also include transporting items for household jobs, offices, and commercial spaces. These products are the Omni-Bed, Omni-Chair, and Omni-Work Stations.
 
AThe Omni-bed is designed for operating rooms and all other multiple transport patients. The Omni-bed's advantage over most hospital beds is it's powered to move in any direction with fully automatic, semi-automatic, and manual guidance controls.
The OmniDrive System is so precise it can easily move diagonally, sideways, forward, or backwards to maneuver into a space with less than 1/2 inch tolerance on three sides in only seconds.
The Omni-bed is designed to maneuver up 20 degree inclines in all-terrain (snow, mud, lawn, rock, and sand) conditions giving system users wide range of areas to automate hospital and emergency medical procedures.
The Omni-bed features precise smooth automatic transport of patients and equipment reducing patient risk of injury by dramatically reducing patient handling.
The Omni-Chair is what we propose for use in hospitals to amusement parks. If you have to spend a day in the hospital for tests and treatment, or to watch a sporting event/concert, or day at the park, this chair is ideal. Its maneuverability in congested areas is unparalleled in wheel chair transportation. Guidance and tracking control systems serve to let the operator know their location and give directions which can be located on the unit or linked to a separate command center.
The Specialized Omni-Chair is targeted at users with unique abilities to transport in areas with very limited space. Airports and aircrafts require special aisle chairs to maneuver on and off airplanes. Amusement parks need ways to get people with limited abilities on and off rides and through lines. Shopping malls and grocery stores are providing special electric chairs that resemble scooters with carts. An automated chair with specialized apparatus, combined with a systems management program is how the Omni-Chair System works at improving these difficult situations. With this system, people with limited abilities would be less inhibited from doing these activities.
The Omni All-Terrain Chair is designed for high-end users who really like to get around or need to get around off-road. This chair has extra stability and durability for heavy off hard surface areas. The OATC is outfitted with a reinforced chassis and frame, more powerful motor and drive system, dual drive system for rock or stair climbing capability, extended battery runtime, and manual to semi-automatic guidance controls. Accessories include onboard GPS system, compass, A/C receptacle adapter, radio communication, chair packs, water tank, solar charging system, etc.
Omnix offer three different types of Omni Work Stations. For around the house we offer the Home Omni Work Station. This product is designed for heavy jobs at home. Taking your luggage to the car or trashcans out to the curb is automatic with an OWS.
It can be equipped with side attachments for snow plow, leaf blower/vacuum, headlights, cultivator, AC receptacle, generator, and compressor. Deck attachments will include 4'x3'x3'sturdy plastic carrier with lid, 200 pound lift crane, work bench, small baskets, and chair with canopy.
For the office we present the Omni Office Work Station. This product is designed to move bulky and/or heavy equipment around the office. Heavy copiers or boxes can now be easily moved throughout the office by securing them to the Omni Office Work Station.
Lastly, we offer the Commercial Omni Work Station. This product is designed to move heavier industrial materials around a warehouse. The Commercial Omni Work Station will move any type of small warehouse equipment, as well as serve as an automated work station transporting products to other areas in the warehouse. It can also be equipped with a multitude of accessories such as a carrier, crane, or more.
All Omni Work Stations offer a choice of tether wire control or radio remote control. Advanced models include computerized guidance control systems and dual drive systems for stair climbing and rough terrain.
