This division aims to tackle the challenges faced by commercial industries and their warehousing and/or material-handling needs. Omnix technology will allow these industries to load bulky and/or heavy materials into narrow aisles or limited-access areas with ease and safety.
Omni Transporters have many usages and advantages for warehousing. Because materials can be moved by an omni transporter without having to turn, 20% - 60% of a warehouse floor space can be available for additional usage. Omni Transporters are designed to carry payloads of 100LBS to 8,000LBS. They are adaptable to carry materials like rolls of paper, pallets, lumber, or pipe.
In addition to the Omni Wheel and Drive System, Omnix products are ideal for automated and semi-automated warehousing and manufacturing solutions. Our micro processors can be equipped to instruct any one of the Omni Transporters where to go from a central command point or from a start and stop button on the unit. This feature is ideal for facilities which operate 24 hours a day, handle hazardous materials, sort and process items, or maintain restricted areas.
The conventional fork truck or lift cannot compete with Omni Drive Systems. A turning radius is required for motorized material handling vehicles. This inevitably requires more space between aisles or congested warehouses to maneuver material. Our Omni Side loading Forklift can pick-up a pallet or a rack, move away from the shelf, and go sideways down the aisle without having to turn.
These are just a few of the many reasons Omni Systems work best in modern facilities. Our Omni Automated Systems can be installed with Inertia Guidance Control System, Laser Sensor Guidance Control System, Embedded Wire Controls Systems, Video Control System, and Magnetic Tape Control Systems.
Omnix is currently developing an Omni-Stocker that can be used in retail warehousing stores, like Home Depot and Cost Co. The transporters will allow users to load/off load material with versatility and ease and still allow warehouses to maximize precious space. The Omni Stocker will come in 2 sizes the OS 1K and the OS 2K.
A Side Loading Forklift with omni-directional capabilities will revolutionize the material handling and warehousing industries. Omnix is currently developing a side loading forklift that will be able to transport long loads through narrow aisles with ease. The greatest benefit will be that warehouses would be able to ultimately maximize precious warehouse space. For those industries who move materials with much larger payloads, Omnix is developing a larger forklift; with all the benefits of omni-direction, this product is sure to increase productivity and safety. The Omni Side Loading Forklift will come in 2 sizes, the OF 4K and the OF 8K.
The Omni Cargo Handling Vehicle (OCHV) is ideal for handling cargo. The OCHV has the capacity to hold the large load and maneuver the load into any tight space. The OCHV will come in 2 sizes; the OCHV 2070K ISO and the OCHV 40100K ISO.
The Omni-Table Lift will provide the added benefit of mobility in the workplace. The omni-base will allow users to easily transport materials and increase productivity.
The Omni-Man Lift breaks the barriers when compared to a traditional man-lift. The Omni-Man Lift will be able to maneuver, with ease, around objects, into tight spaces, and down narrow aisles.
The Omni-Arm will allow for ease and safety in hoisting and transporting materials. The omni-base will be able to navigate through tight areas to place and deliver materials just where they are needed.
