The Omnix Deicer and Washing Vehicle System (ODWVS) by OTSI is a dual purpose aircraft deicing and washing system. The Forced Air Rapid Deicing System will substantially reduce hazmat clean up. This revolutionary system will allow faster turn-around times deicing aircraft.
The same vehicle utilizing the same high pressure Forced Air System for deicing, easily converts to a Rapid Aircraft Washing System. Simply exchange the deicer chemical tank with an approved aircraft washing chemicals tank and planes are being washed instead of deiced. The machines stay in use year around!
The ODWVS has omni-directional motion control capability allowing the vehicle to maintain precise movements, positioning and orientation to most surfaces of the aircraft. No other vehicle can do this.
The ODWVS has computerized controls including a semi-automatic operation system. One ODWVS operator can select from a program list of aircraft to be washed or deiced and sit in a protected cab while the vehicle follows a pre-determined course while performing the designated function.
The Omni-Jet Engine Handler (OJEH) is revolutionary in its concept and design. This machine allows the aviation industry to remove and replace jet engines in a safe and efficient manner. The OJEH is also outfitted with the latest in robotics, allowing for automated loading and replacement.
The Mobile Aircraft Maintenance Docking System will provide maximum efficiency by providing unprecedented maneuverability on and around the aircraft, under the wings, and other hard-to-reach areas in order to allow maintenance workers to access hard to reach areas of a plane with ease.
